Make User Feedback Build Roadmaps
Asha runs product for a small app. Karthik leads support. Every Monday they argue with love and coffee. Asha says, āWe need proof, not vibes.ā Karthik says, āUsers are shouting, but no one hears them.ā
They open Enterpret. In one click it pulls tickets, reviews, and survey answers from the past quarter. The tool clusters the language into themes like ālogin loop,ā āslow checkout,ā āconfusing plan names.ā Each theme shows how often it appears, the trend, and sample quotes. Asha clicks āslow checkout.ā She sees that the spike started after their last release. A built in view shows which plan types and devices are most affected. Karthik opens two example tickets. They match what his team sees daily.
Asha presses āsuggest actions.ā Enterpret drafts three clean product proposals with impact score, effort guess, and user quotes. With one button, Asha sends the top item to Jira and adds the exact customer lines as acceptance notes. Karthik turns the second item into a help article using the quotes to write simple steps.
What this tool does, in simple words:
It turns unstructured feedback into clear themes, gives numbers and quotes you can trust, and pushes actions to the tools you already use. It saves the team from reading a thousand lines of text and missing the point.
How Canva, Perplexity and Notion turn feedback chaos into actionable customer intelligence
Youāre sitting on a goldmine of feedback: tickets, surveys, reviews, but canāt mine it.
Manual tagging doesnāt scale, and insights fall through the cracks.
Enterpretās AI unifies all feedback, autoātags themes, and ties them to revenue/CSAT, surfacing what matters to customers.
The result: faster decisions, clearer priorities, and stronger retention.
On my radar
AI hardware and robots
OpenAIās quiet return to robots
There is grapevine talk that OpenAI is spending real effort on robots again. Friendly home demos trend online. Funding moves around humanoid startups pick up. The signal is simple: software wants a body.
Snapshot:
Why now: cheaper sensors, better small models, and new safety tricks for home use
Early trials: simple chores like pick, sort, roll, carry in controlled spaces
The bet: a reliable home task becomes the next platform, like phones did for apps
What is the underlying point (my view):
I think the next win is not a smart chat box. It is a boring, safe, reliable chore robot. The first team that makes it never fail at one job will own the store for the physical world. That is where money flows next.

Hands on AI
š Turn a messy folder of PDFs and notes into a searchable brief with citations.
What TidyDocs can do that ChatGPT cannot:
Persistent index of a folder. TidyDocs builds a local library you can reuse tomorrow. A normal chat does not keep a durable index across sessions.
Page true citations. It returns page and line level references for every claim. A normal chat can read files, but page exact output is not consistent.
Large sets with OCR. It handles many long PDFs and scanned images with auto OCR. A normal chat struggles with very large mixed sets.
Cross file links. It shows where ideas repeat across documents, not only inside one file.
Steps
Install and connect. Create a free TidyDocs account. Point it to one folder on your drive or cloud.
Ingest. Drop in PDFs, DOCX, images of pages, and notes. Wait for the check mark.
Create a project. Name it, choose āsemantic search plus summarize.ā
Ask simple questions. Type: āWhat are the top three problems across these files. Give quotes and page numbers.ā
Open the map. Click āthemesā to see clusters. Expand one theme to read sample lines with citations.
Draft a brief. Click ācomposeā and select āone page outline.ā TidyDocs pulls bullets with sources.
Export. Send a doc with citations to your editor or to your manager.
Tip: Keep questions short. Use words from the files. Always open two citations to confirm.
Time: about 15 minutes for a first brief.
